  • She is a Fellow Member Of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • She has also successfully completed 3 Post Qualification Diploma/Certificate Courses conducted by ICAI viz. "Diploma in Information Systems Audit" , "Certificate Course on Forensic Audit & Fraud Prevention" and "Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks" .
  • She has over 30 years of experience covering both industry and consulting. She has worked in large corporates like Reliance and Tata, handling critical functionalities.
  • In her last role she was the VP and Head Finance for Guardian Lifecare – India’s Largest Retail Pharmacy chain.
  • She devotes 30 days a year to help a NGO with their finance and accounts – on a voluntary basis.

Her repertoire includes:
  • Leadership – Build Finance Function Ground-Up including Recruiting, Motivating and Leading a team of professionals.
  • Finance – Develop Business Plan, Preparation of Annual Budgets. Fund Management.
  • Fund Raising – Raising both Equity & Debt, Negotiations & Closure, Investor Management.
  • Technology – Selecting & Implementation of IT system to handle branch accounts for 75 branches including synchronization of Branch and Warehouse Accounting.
  • Negotiations – Contracts/Commercial Terms & Creditor Management.
  • Reporting & Controls – Accounting Policies, Setting up Processes & Internal Controls, Creating Key Reporting Metrics, MIS & Complete Reporting Package.
